Did you know that prior to any Flooring Installation you must always preform appreciate moisture testing.
With most flooring types, subfloor testing must be conducted at a rate of 20 tests (in unique locations) per 1,000 sq ft. When it comes to hardwood installations the wood must also be tested at a rate of 40 tests (individual boards) per 1,000 sq ft.
If you have hardwood or any other flooring installed and your installer didn’t preform these tests, you probably didn’t hire a professional installer.
